End User License Agreement (EULA)
This agreement is between you and PDFLoom and covers your use of the PDFLoom software (“the Software”). By downloading or using the Software you accept these terms.
- License. We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on any number of computers, for personal or business use.
- Restrictions. You may not sell, rent or sublicense the Software, or distribute modified copies of it. PDFLoom includes open-source components (pdfcpu, PDF.js, go-webview2, Go x/image and x/text, DejaVu fonts) that remain under their own licenses.
- What the Software does on your PC. It opens only the files you choose, saves results to the folder you choose and keeps a small cache in %LOCALAPPDATA%\PDFLoom. It makes no internet connections and installs nothing else.
- Your files. You keep all rights to the documents you open and create with the Software.
- Updates. The Software does not update itself. New versions are published on www.pdfloom.com.
- No warranty. The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
- Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from use of the Software.
- Termination. This license ends if you break these terms. You can end it at any time by uninstalling the Software.
